The plaintiff re-interviewed in late September at one day's notice is, two weeks later, still in 221(g) for an expired medical while the embassy has told the panel clinic he does not need a medical at this time (relayed by a friend). The EB-1 plaintiff re-interviewed 23 September got a new 221(g) with a medical referral to follow. An IR1 refused under the pause reports nothing.
