Fifty days after Ankara began cancelling interviews, applicants on 12 October report nothing: a June immigrant interview refused under the pause is still Refused, an Iranian spouse (minority group) interviewed 27 February and an Iraqi spouse interviewed 10 August have had nothing from four emails, and a K-1 set for 23 October was cancelled by email on 1 October with no new date. Observers say only diversity visa applicants are being re-interviewed. A K-1 interviewed 19 September flipped from Approved to Refused on 30 September. Only plaintiffs have received immigrant visa emails.
